May 22nd is fast approaching and it's an opportune moment to enjoy some of the amazing craft spirits that are distilled in Idaho. You'll find a variety of craft spirits, such as whiskey, bourbon, vodka, gin, rum, and brandy being served up all over Idaho using local ingredients and innovation for unique flavors.
Offering three locations in the Treasure Valley, Bardenay was the nation’s first restaurant distillery. Crafting their own liqueurs, vodka, rum, and gin, you'll find a variety of cocktails by the glass and a full food menu at each location.
Based on Old World traditions, Koenig Distillery uses some of the Northwest's best ingredients to create classic fruit brandies, vodka, gin, and whiskey. Visit their tasting room in Caldwell to try what they've created.
Founded in 2019, Centerfire Distillery offers award-winning Corn Whiskey and flavored Idaho Moonshine from their Nampa headquarters. Make an appointment to visit their tasting room and pick out some spirits to take home!
