The long-standing Hyde Park taco establishment will take over the former Taziki’s Mediterranean location on 5th and Idaho St., in The Gibson apartments. The Mediterranean restaurant opened and closed its location in March 2020 after COVID-19 started affecting the state. It was initially open sporadically in the following years before it closed permanently.
The construction of the restaurant project is currently underway. However, the City of Idaho is investigating if the building demolition is taking place without a permit. The new restaurant space in The Gibson opens onto a patio with roll-up garage doors - perfect for summer and fall evenings with your friends.
The restaurant, which is known for its cheap food and cheap beer, features a variety of TVs in the Hyde Park location. Plus, they’ve got options for kids if you want to make it a family outing.
In their recent Instagram post announcing The Gibson location, the restaurant shared that they are currently hiring a new team. To apply, send 5979 to 31063 to apply. In addition to being paid for their work, the restaurant will also give a free meal to anyone who fills out an application - yes, free tacos for anyone who submits an application!
