Their well-reviewed Eggs Benedict features two poached farm-fresh eggs topped with baby spinach, mushrooms, and tomato, on a grilled English Muffin. Hollandaise sauce, fresh-sniped chives, and a choice of Northwest hash browns or fruit are also included.
